“阳康”后是否需要做个肺部CT？专家解答******

　　近期，不少新冠病毒感染者逐渐康复。有人表示，“阳康”后要去医院做个肺部CT，以免有后遗症。真的需要这样做吗？就此人民网记者采访了应急总医院呼吸内科副主任医师秦芳。

　　“不是所有‘阳过’的人都需要做肺部CT。”秦芳介绍，如果感染新冠病毒或者“阳康”之后，只是咳嗽症状，无明显的呼吸困难，不一定需要做胸部CT。如果出现呼吸困难，或者血氧饱和度低于正常值，或发热时间比较长，尤其是老年人和有重症风险的人群，此时做一个胸部CT还是有必要的。

　　那么，哪些人属于有重症风险的人群呢？秦芳表示，有重症风险的人群主要包括：年龄大于65岁的老年人，尤其是高龄的人群；患有慢性疾病的人群，包括恶性肿瘤、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、糖尿病、高血压、高血脂，以及患有慢性肾病的人群等；长期吸烟的人群，妊娠后半期的人群，以及免疫抑制的人群。

　　“另外，艾滋病患者中CD4小于200每微升的人群，正在使用激素的人群，以及部分先天性免疫系统疾病患者，都属于高危人群，容易发展为重症，甚至危及生命。需要更加密切地观察其病情变化。”秦芳说。（闫妍）
